These are PETZL Model P58L, black in color, rather trapezoidal in shape with the following specs: CE 0197, EN 354, NFPA G, with 'Working Load Limit' of 1125 LBF and Minimum Breaking Strength of 8,000 LBF. We purchased these new to use on an amusement ride and these were extras which were never used. They are absolutely the finest of swivels for climbing, fall recovery, belaying, or even hanging a really heavy pinata from a tree. They are approximately 10.5 CM long and 5 CM wide at the widest part of each half. These swivels typically sell for around $90.00 each retail now and I'm only asking $45.00 each for them brand new in original packaging, or all eight of them for $320.
